How does AI Recruiter work?
Four steps, from a few words about the role to an interview on your calendar.
- Describe the role
Type the role, the city and a few notes. A line or two is enough.
- AI writes the JD and finds matches
You get a job description to edit, and matches from applicants and the resume database.
- AI screens, calls and schedules
Each match gets a score with reasons. The AI calls your shortlist and books slots.
- You interview and hire
You meet the candidates, compare notes and make the offer.
What can AI Recruiter do for your hiring?
Five jobs it takes off your desk. You approve the output at every step.
Create the JD from a few words
Type a role, a city and any notes you have. AI writes the full job description. Edit anything, then publish.
- Structured. Title, responsibilities, must-have and good-to-have skills, experience and work mode.
- Your salary range. The range is a field you fill in, so the AI never guesses your budget.
- Nothing goes live until you publish it.

Search and screen resumes
AI searches the resume database and reads every applicant. Each person gets a match score, and the reasons sit right beside it. You get a ranked shortlist to work from.
- Reasons, not just a number. Matched skills, missing skills and experience fit.
- Ranked, with filters. Narrow by skill, experience or city and open any score to see how it was worked out.
- You decide. The AI never auto-rejects anyone.
- 1Priya S.4 of 5 must-haves, 6 years82%
- 2Imran K.3 of 5 must-haves, 5 years76%
- 3Neha D.3 of 5 must-haves, 3 years64%
Call candidates and schedule interviews
An AI voice assistant calls the candidates you shortlist. It checks they are interested, asks when they are free and books the interview slot into your calendar.
- It says what it is. Every call opens by saying it is an AI assistant calling for you.
- You see the outcome. Interest, availability and the booked slot appear on the candidate.
Calling Priya S.…
“Hello Priya, I’m an AI assistant calling for [Company] about the Senior accountant role. Is now a good time?”
- Interested
- Available Thu 11:00
- Interview booked
Ask screening questions without the phone tag
AI suggests three to five questions for the role. Keep, edit or remove each one. They are asked on the call or in a quick form, and you get a short summary of every answer.
- Role-specific. Questions come from the skills your job asks for.
- Summary first, source one tap away. Read fast, then check the full answer.
- Which GST returns have you filed yourself?
- How do you close the books each month?
- Are you comfortable working on-site in Pune?
- What is your notice period?
Answer summary for Priya S.
Files GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B every month. Closes books in Tally by day 5. Fine with on-site work. Notice period 30 days.
Automate email communication
AI Recruiter sends the routine emails from templates: application received, shortlisted, interview invites with calendar links, reminders and polite rejections. Review each template, and turn off any you do not want.
- Templates you control. Read and edit them before anything is sent.
- Rejections wait for you. That email goes out only after you have decided.

Fair by design: the AI sorts, you decide
A match score is a starting point for your judgement, not a verdict. Here is what AI Recruiter does and does not do.
Skills and experience only
Scores come from what a candidate can do and has done for this role.
Personal details are ignored
None of these play a part in a score:
- Gender
- Age
- Religion
- Caste
- Photo
- Marital status
- Name
A person always decides
The AI never rejects, hides or moves a candidate on its own. Every decision is yours.
The caller says it is an AI
The voice assistant always says it is an AI assistant, calling on behalf of the employer.
Calls only people who agreed
It calls candidates who applied, or who opted in to be contacted, and only within reasonable hours.
Candidates can stop it
A candidate can ask for a human, or stop the calls, at any time.
Reasons you can check
Each score shows matched skills, missing skills and experience fit, so you can disagree with it.
Data used for the job only
Candidate data is used only for the jobs they apply to, or the visibility they opt into. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only for that hiring process. We build with India’s DPDP Act 2023 in mind.
Switch it off
You can turn AI suggestions off. Your applicants and pipeline work the same without them.
Scores can be wrong. Use them to sort a long list quickly, then read the resume before you decide.
What do you want to know before you start?
Does the AI reject candidates?
No. It scores, sorts and drafts. It never rejects, hides or moves a candidate by itself, and every applicant stays in your list until you act. The rejection email template is off until you turn it on.
What does it cost?
AI Recruiter is included in employer plans. See plans in the employer portal.
Can recruiters use it for client jobs?
Yes. Tag each job with the client it belongs to, so every client’s jobs, applicants and scores stay separate.
How is candidates’ data used?
Only for the jobs a candidate applies to, or the visibility they opt into. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only for that hiring process. We build with India’s DPDP Act 2023 in mind.
Can I switch the AI off?
Yes. Turn AI suggestions off and you still get your applicants, your pipeline and your own review of every resume.
Describe your next role. We will do the sorting.
Write the job in a few words, edit the draft and publish. Then read your applicants ranked, with the reasons beside every score.
